I am a 1988 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, where I was Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review. I graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
I am admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
I have been admitted in numerous Federal District and Appellate Courts, and am a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Before starting my own firm, I was a New York-based partner in two of the nation's largest law firms and, before that, a partner in the country's largest intellectual property law firm. I started my legal career in the New York office of another AmLaw 100 firm.
